Miss D was walking up the steps in her local park when she tripped as one of the concrete steps had a dip into causing her to loose her balance. Miss D suffered an injury to her leg and a laceration to her thumb. The local council who own the park have now accepted fault(…)
Mrs B was walking through Leeds Train station when unfortunately she slipped on a large amount of pigeon poo causing her to slip and fracture her pelvis.
