Batley Is Top Of The Shops

A recent survey has revealed that Batley is one of the leading towns in the country when it comes to growth. In comparison to other similar towns Batley is experiencing something of a resurgence when it comes to retail and leisure growth.

All of which comes as no surprise to Andrew Marsden of our Batley office, as Andrew is also Chairman of the Batley Business Association. “It is great to see a good news story like this” said Andrew. “after a long period of austerity and, the gradual disappearance of many traditional high street shops, it certainly feels as if e are on the up”.

And asked why he thought this might be the case, Andrew revealed the secret (in part) of the town’s success….”the stubborn determination of the Batley community”, “We don’t give up”.
